NEW Holiday Shop & Weekly Recipe
#3: Warm Farro Salad with Nuts & Dried Cranberries & Featherstone's NEW Shop
Pictured above is everything you will be receiving in this week’s Winter Salad Kit
This week’s salad features…
Featherstone greens, sunflower seeds, red quinoa, sweet potato, and a roasted garlic dijon dressing. We recommend that you cook the entire bag of quinoa at once, then portion into 3 servings for a more efficient salad assembly throughout the week.
Need help prepping the quinoa? Check out this helpful guide from Bon Appetit!
Please remember to wash all Featherstone produce before use. To maintain freshness, we do not wash produce at the farm.
Need some last minute gifts? Check out our NEW Shop Page!
We’re excited to announce our new online shop just in time for the holidays. We have houseplants, insulated grocery bags, and a selection of holiday greeting cards by Featherstone’s designer & content creator, Renee. Visit our shop for pick-up/delivery options, and pricing.
