Join us for a late night picnic Downtown on Plum Street
We’d love to see you at our first Downtown event, a Moonrise Picnic on Thursday September 7th from 8pm-12am. Enjoy a farm-to-table meal in our beautiful new sunflower garden. We know it’s a little late in the evening, but there is something magical about watching the moonrise while eating yummy treats and vibing to cool jams in a field of sunflowers.
Our Moonrise Picnic Menu is full of Fresh Featherstone Veggies
Support our new farm, as well as our new Mushroom Grower and picnic host, Ame Del Real. Proceeds from the picnic will help her get her mushroom operation up and running at Featherstone Downtown so we can offer mushrooms alongside our microgreens subscription all winter long.
Farmstand #4: Maybe our Final Farmstand
Please visit our farmstand this Wednesday from 12-5pm at 4178 Lakepointe. So far, this has been our worst year ever for farmstand turnout. It doesn’t help that it rained the past two Wednesdays. We prep all the veggies to be sold at the farmstand, rain or shine.
It’s a lot of work to set up and host a farmstand. We would love to continue with it but if there isn’t a demand for it this year, we plan to cancel our remaining Wednesday farmstands between now and October.
Wednesday 8/30 we will have:
-cherry tomatoes
-squash
-cucamelons
-shishito peppers
-hot peppers
-black beauty eggplant
-Asian eggplant
-lavender frog eggplant
-red noodle beans
-onions
-pea tendrils
-corn
-various fruits
Hope to see you there!
